On April 7, 2023, I ordered a Fire Bolt Cobra 1.78″ AMOLED Army Grade Build Bluetooth Calling with 123 sports modes Smartwatch (Black strap free size) order 🆔: OD327773516229045100 , I paid Rs. 3249.00 for the watch through online mode of transaction. Ekart logistics (FMPP1632387459) attempted the delivery of the watch to my home on April 11, 2023.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t available at home to collect the product myself, therefore the delivery was attempted to my family member. It was an open box delivery, so the wishmaster opened the box and called me for the OTP (I was traveling by train to my way back home) that’s when I received the wishmaster’s call asking for OTP, he confirmed that he’s giving the product to my family, on the same day another product was scheduled to be returned back (Eden Soul USB Rechargeable Moon lamp-white, order 🆔: OD327754095388804100). The wishmaster took the same product (smartwatch) back in place of the returned filed product (Moon lamp). Post which from 11th April onwards, I spoke to multiple customer care assistants (namely: Ahemad, Ashfaque, Shivani, Muskaan, Mayank, Sadri, Sumit Pal, Taniya Dhoni, Samar and Avnish). Each of them assured me to raise the issue and help sort this issue but all in vain. Lastly, I was told that they cannot help any further and shut down the issue as resolved (since the status was updated by the wishmaster as delivered and pick-up done for the other product).
I have been a Flipkart plus customer from many years and feel so cheated. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if the ekart team would pick up this Moon lamp, and refund me Rs. 3249 that I paid for the watch. Enclosed are photos of the Moon Lamp.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please help me get the refund of watch that is Undelivered to me.
