Text of Complaint by Diana Varghese:

I placed an pill organizer Order with Amaon in Feb 15th 2023. The item was supposed to be delivered by 18th Feb. There was no update/ no email/ no SMS/ no call from either Amazon end or POPCUBE (Brand Name) end. I had called them nultiple times, escalated the call twice, still Amazon response was pathethic. They charged 899 rs on 15th Feb and no refund is made till date (28 Feb 2023). I asked them to cancel the order, but that also didnot work and now it has been 4 days since I have raised request to cancel order. Upon asking again to transfer the call to a senior resource, they kept my call on hold for 30 mins, with no response.
