I have booked an order on 17 th sep and paid extra 150rs for fastest delivery so tht it can be deliverd on 18th sep, I haven’t received the product on time and false comments is added in Amazon app that product is deliverd.
How it’s possible without delivering the product fake and false comment is added.
And when I tried to reach delivry guy on given no. He was disconnecting my call, atliest he should cal me and update that their is so and so issue I will do delivery little late or tomorrow, but no response from that delivery guy.
And when I raised complain about undeliverable they said within 24 hrs ie: 19th sep u will get the product and still no update on the same.
Scince Yesterday’s i am complaining but no one is helping me, just they are giving me the dates on dates. Wait for 24 hrs wait for 48 hrs, one guy told me it will take another 4-5days for investigation.. Are what investigation ur doing..
I have asked simple ? To help me with delivery guy Co no so that I can coordinate with him and take the product. If u are unable to deliver it.. I myself will go and take.. I will do Amazon’s job to get the product no issue..
Sir lots of hope frm u I want to complain against that delivery guy who updated false and fake comments, and disconnecting my call continuesly 4times
And in ur service team no one helps me.. They just disconnect the call or ends the chat…on their own.
Look into the matter complain against delivery guy. Resolve my issue help me with my product for which i have paid.
Sry if I have said somethjng wrong.. But action is awaited from u.. I am fedup with ur service team they dont know anything.. They are unable to tel where my product is.. Who will be delivering it.
If not resolved this will be uploaded on social media and mny reviews
