I have never placed an order from the online retail store Meesho but I got a cash-on-delivery package of an amount that was exactly the amount of an order I placed on flipkart. I made the payment but I find out that the package is from Meesho, and contains some random item. I have never placed an order on Meesho nor do I have an account. When I call the customer service from Meesho they say that I don’t even have an account but the order is placed. I have now called them multiple times to get the money back but they demand bank details to give me my money back. I have raised multiple complaints but am very concerned my contact and address details have been leaked and being used my retail companies to commit fraud.
