On 16th July 2023 ,I received a message on my phone that ” Dear Customer, Your order with AwB 9865259746 will be delivered today by our delivery agent 8544709978. Please keep Rs.699.0 ready – Ecom Express.”
I thought that this is my Flipkart order that I have ordered..and I received it.. payment done 700 to delivery boy..but when I opened the parcel ..it was some poor quality cloth material in it…then I thought Flipkart has delivered me wrong product..but after sometime I got a call from Flipkart and they said appka order aya h mam …but I told them all matter …thay said this is not the parcel of our company…and I contacted the delivery boy ,he said this is meesho app delivery to you from Ecom express,,,then ,,I complained at meesho e-mail but they asked for order number or order I’d on that package but there was only AWB number, bar code number and tracking number…no order number and no amount shown on package for delivery
