Text of Complaint by Venkat Yechuri:

We purchased an “Unboxed” refrigerator on Dec 25, 2018.  We left on vacation and returned to find that the refrigerator stopped and all the food was spoilt.  We unplugged it, cleaned up the fridge and plugged it back in again.  A couple of days later, the fridge stopped again!  We once uplugged it, waited for a while and then plugged it back in.  Since it happened twice, we decided to launch a complaint.  We launched a complaint (No. 4003) on January 13, 2019.  The technician [Sanjay +91 (97385)-62357] came on Jan 16, 2019, looked at the running fridge and told us to call when the fridge has stopped again next time.  He did not do any checks or tests.  Without even laying a finger on anything, he told me that the problem was with the power outlet.  But he was unable to explain why it would work sometimes and not others. I asked him to check the power outlet with his multimeter.  He admitted that he had no tools or equipment,  After much arguing he told me that he would come back either on Jan 16 itself or on Jan 17 to take a look.  On Jan 18, we received an SMS saying that the issue was resolved.  How? What magic has resolved the issue?
