I’m Sumant
I ordered groceries from my flipkart account. The total amount of which was Rs.2363. Which was delivered to me on 17th and 18th July. Out of which I found 2 packets of Emami Healthy & Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil Pouch missing and some items damaged and 1 item wrong. For which I told the delivery boy, he said that you cannot cancel some goods, so you keep all the goods and complain about the bad goods to the customer care, then your bad goods will be returned and the money for the missing goods will also be returned and the wrong goods will also be returned.
When I complained to the customer service for a return request for all the damaged, missing and incorrect items in the box, the complaint was lodged. But out of that only 1 item of mine surf excel was returned and return request was canceled for all other items. I made refund request 2 more times but still refund request was canceled both the times.
And after that my Flipkart account was blocked. I also complained 2 times for flipkart account unblocking but both times the reply to complaint came through email only that you have requested maximum number of returns so your flipkart login account is blocked. But still my flipkart account was not unblocked.
