I was applying for Personal Loan application with Cashe app. When i was fulfilling the basic information I noticed few of my details were already fetched like :-
1. In Profile Pic thumbnail, My Photo along with signature was there. It seems to be they have fetched from other bank where i have applied for the any sort of bank instruments in the past.
2. My aadhar card copy was already available over here in the Cashe app, and that aadhar card has my signature of the year 2019.
my over all repercussion is if such confidential information has circulating within banks or loan providers then where is the law protection against our personal information.

RBI has recently taken a initiative where all these complaints are getting tracked and apps are being banned who are not following the right practices. you can raise a complaint directly to RBI using below link.

3. Select Reserve Bank of India as authority.
4. Enter your details and submit your complaint.
