I have not subscribed to novi digital entertainment as i am already using Hotstar through my Jio Fibre account but I have got 899/- deducted automatically from my savings account through my UPI Phonepe app. I would like to raise a complaint and request to get my refund back in my account Novi Digital Entertainment Pvt Ltd has deducted 899/- rs from my savings account.
In view of above it is requested to please verify and refund my entire amount deducted from my savings account. it would be very kind of you if you could do the needful at the earliest.
