I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized transaction of 9520 from my account linked to your loan app. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service, I received no response. Furthermore, after repaying the loan, I was credited with 10k without applying for it. This raises serious security issues. I request an immediate investigation and resolution.
