On 13th Aug 2025, I only checked my eligibility on the Flash Loan app and uninstalled it without taking any loan. However, ₹900 was credited to my bank account without consent.
On 18th Aug 2025, I started receiving repeated calls from a lady recovery agent who used abusive language, sent vulgar/threatening pictures, and kept harassing me despite the app showing due date as 19th Aug.
This is unauthorized loan disbursal and illegal harassment, causing me severe mental distress. I request immediate action against the recovery agent, clarification on the unauthorized loan, and assurance of no further harassment.
I have screenshots as proof of abusive messages and app details.
