I was in a urgent need of small amount of money so i found an app named INDLOAN on my Android phone play store. I took a short term loan from the app providing my adhaar card pan card and my current photo as the app requirment. First of they sanctioned me a credit limit with condition of paying back in 7 days time. Amount sanctioned was 16000 but they credited into my account 8000 rs they deducted too. Much amount if service fees. And charged high intrest on repayment. Still as I needed urgent I took the loan.
But before the due date the so called collection person started calling me on WhatsApp call and started threatening me to viral my pictures and data to. All my contacts and social media. I am girl he started abusing me. Even shared me screen shot with my photo and sexual and abusive msges written on my adhaar card pan card and photo.. Before the due date they started harassing me and tortured me. I got scared and arranged money from. My brother to pay them Immidiate. That to the person forced and gave me a upi id to pay the amount after his confirmation I paid it. The person who was harassing me told he will give me immidiate NOC of closure of loan. After paying he is now not responding and there app is still showing outstanding to be paid with high late payment charges to be paid of due date crossing now the amount has become 24000 suddenly. I am now scared they can missuse my photos and adhar for harassing me. I have no clue how to deal with this now. I am scared shattered and dipressed. Police doesn’t support.
