On several occasions my mobile phone is deducting rs 10 and rs 7 without my permission …

Vodafone gallery says they are not deducting and even no 15535 to stop deduction does not work.
This deduction is a fraud and a serious issue….nothing seems to work
When I googled gmobi and vicms I got a number called them up they asked me to download any desk app so they could rectify smelling a fraud I disconnected
