Today 13th May 2021, I received a message from VZ-ViCM at 9:20 am.
The message said I have been charged Rs. 20 for accessing FUN PORTAL.
Now,I don’t know what that is. I haven’t used anything like that.
This is the 3rd or 4th time that such deductions have happened from my account balance.
There was no communication prior to this message from the service provider.
Also, I tried to reach out to your customer care executives.
I tried for half an hour but could not reach out to any of them.
Tried calling 198 and 199 but there is no option to to contact any customer care executive. I tried this between 4:45 PM and 5:15 PM
Then I tried calling below numbers and the response I got for each-
9654297000 – Response I got is “This number is currently switched off”
9822012345 – This number is listed on your site as the number for Maharashtra& Goa Circle. Response I got is “This number does not exist”
I request the service provider to refund my balance
