There has been several attempts to deduction of amounts from my husband’s reserve fund with Vodafone without any authorization, for services not availed. Whenever a complaint is lodged, the money is refunded but only to repeat the same in a matter of days. This has been going on for quite some time, thus making my husband an object of mockery about which I record my strong protest and dissent. The humiliation suffered at their hands need to be compensated. My husband is over 67 years old. His mobile number is 9048505934.
