Sir/Madam

My Vodafone no. is 9026633338 having main balanceof Rs.525/- of which they debited Rs.119/-.

I complaint them for this fir which they replied I have downloaded ‘ppu content’ and deducted charges are correct but I have not downloaded nor I know what is ‘ppu’.

They are doing ” chori upar se SEENAJORI”.

Please help in me getting refund of wrongly debited amount.
