I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized deduction from my ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD. On 8th Aug 2023, an amount of Rs 1499 was deducted from my account without my consent or knowledge. The transaction details mention the recipient as “AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI.”
