On 26/05/22,there have been two unauthorised debits, 1st of Rs500 and immediately thereafter a sum of Rs 250 (both to Coda Payments) from my PayTM wallet. I have not authorised any payments. Any amount of follow up with PayTM thru phone/mail only results in entering into Chat Bot with no clarification and only stereotyped replies that the payments have been made to Coda Payments,
Every time, they promise reverting in 4/5 days but now it is more than a month and no reply, whatsoever ,received
I need help in getting refund of Re 750, please
