I spoke with these people to do a credit report for me telephonically and agreed to pay them R685 for their service and authorized debit order for the agreed amount.After receiving a credit report, they said they can help me to reduce my installments at an amount of R4000 per month and l said I am not interested.To my surprise they debited R4000 from my account without any authorization form me.They debited today.
