I received a parcel containing a Pack of 2 Charcoal Face Masks (Korean-type product) for which I was forced to pay ₹699 (Cash on Delivery). I categorically state that I NEVER placed this order and DID NOT authorize this shipment in any manner.
Despite this, the parcel was delivered using my exact residential address and phone number, which clearly establishes misuse of my personal data and indicates a COD scam operating through Delhivery’s logistics system.
Let me be absolutely clear:
I did not order this product
I was wrongfully charged ₹699
My personal information was used without consent
This amounts to fraud, negligence, and violation of consumer and data protection norms
As a consumer, I find it unacceptable that a company of Delhivery’s scale allows such incidents to occur. Your failure to verify senders and protect consumer data is alarming and reflects serious operational lapses.
I hereby demand the following WITHOUT ANY DELAY:
A complete investigation into this fraudulent delivery
Immediate refund of ₹699
Written clarification on how my data was accessed and misused
Strict action against the sender involved in this scam
Assurance that my personal data will not be misused again
TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter without further notice to:
National Consumer Helpline & Consumer Court
Cyber Crime Cell
And pursue the matter publicly and legally
