Dear reader,
On febuary 6th I purchased an 8,50 euro package for my prepaid phone from Vodafone Greece. The package claims to offer 60′ to all networks and 150′ to European Union countries + 1 GB. When checking this today I learned that a call to Germany was deducted from my balance (0,24 euro) and not from the package. As an extra check I called a number in Holland, the same happened and 0,24 euro got deducted from my balance and nothing from the package. Since Vodafone Greece does not provide an English chat and since it is not possible for me to find the proper place to file a complaint on a Greek website that does not offer a language change to English, I turn to you.
The information provided by Vodafone Greece is at least misleading and possible illegal. Before I take legal steps towards Vodafone Greece, I would like to hear from you how to proceed.
