Text of Complaint by Jay Gupta:

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent addition of a new channel to my cable service without my consent. This is the second time this has happened, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Dishtv cable network.

It is unacceptable that the Dishtv network has added their service channel without my authorization. Not only is this an invasion of my privacy and autonomy as a customer, but it has also decreased the recharge duration period. As a result, I am now forced to recharge my account more frequently, which is an inconvenience and an unnecessary expense.

Furthermore, the addition of this service channel has reduced the recharge duration period on my account, which is not only inconvenient but also an unfair practice. It feels like a deliberate attempt to extract more money from me, and I do not appreciate it. I believe that I have the right to choose the channels that I want to watch and pay for, and I expect Dishtv to respect my preferences and choices.

I have already contacted your customer service department regarding this issue, but I am disappointed with their response. They apologized and assured me that the problem would be rectified but this would never happened. However, this fraudulent behavior is unacceptable, and it needs to stop immediately.

I would like to inform you that if this happens again, I will have no choice but to switch off and disrespect your cable service. I have been a loyal customer, and I expect to receive the quality service that I have paid for.

I urge you to take immediate action to remove the unwanted channel from my subscription and ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
Additionally, I would like a refund for the period during which the service channel was active on my account.

I hope that you will address this matter promptly and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
