Sir i am B Srinivasa Raju my credit card has unauthorised transaction of Rs 7900 through @Google proxima Beta which they have taken it without any reason and without OTP.
I lost Rs.1 first and got this below message “ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.1.00 on CREDIT Card xx2331 at GOOGLE *TEMPORARY HOLD on 2020-04-16:22:39:06.Avl bal – Rs.18614.50, curr o/s – Rs.31385.50.Not you? Call 18002586161.”
After this message , Just after a 10sec ,I got below message that Rs.7900/- is transacted “ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.7900.00 on CREDIT Card xx2331 at GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA on 2020-04-16:22:39:14.Avl bal – Rs.10715.50, curr o/s – Rs.39284.50.Not you? Call 18002586161.”
I also filed a report in Bank but they said it is an online Transaction,so we are helpless about this reason. kindly please consider my report as early as possible.
