On 19th September 2020 a fraudster claiming to be Airtel agent took money via internet banking 25000, 15650 and 1121 in 3 attempts. My account number is 38590233235.
When I complained about the case in SBI branch, they did not properly try to resolve the case. They kept blaming me for blurting out the details. It ses like SBI policy to do fraud.
Its been 3 years now. The branch manager has changed.
But instead of looking at the case he is pressing for documents like FIR copy etc.
