Text of Complaint by YOGESH YASHWANT GAIKWAD:

Complainant Name : Yogesh GaikwadRegi. Complaint Against : Dhani Services Limited. (Dhani one Freedom Card)
Resp Consumer court,Please take action against this Dhani Services Limited. These company are cheating with all innocent public. For further more information you can go through dhani app reviews also.  
Dhani cheats with their customers.
Before purchasing or activating dhani freedom cards Dhani peoples are talking very respectfully and giving fraud and wrong information for card selling.
1) My 1st order was at Dhani Store & Pharmacy for Rs.621/- but received only 200/- cost material, no refund received but had to pay the full amount forcefully.
2) I used the card only in the 1st month but dhani charged subscription charges for the next 2 months also Rs.825/- for each month.
3) Recovery agents ask to pay only dues then they promise to waive subscription charges, but once I paid dues that payments 1st be paid for subscription automatically and then remaining goes for dues.
4) Late payment charges leavy and very highly followup regarding this fraudulent payments. Mentally harassed by Dhani recovery agents and legal department. They call lots of time in a day. (Even by morning 6 and night 11-12 also.  
5) Called lots of time for waiver and support but these fraud customer care is worst peoples not answering properly and ask to pay all dues first. Legal department and recovery agents call 100 times in a day for payment with rudely talk and they make an impact on my CIBIL Score due to this fraud recovery which is no need to pay by me. But I have to pay due to forcefully and irritating call by dhani and due to save my CIBIL Score.
Now I have paid all charges to Fraudy Dhani and told the agent to block and deactivate my card.
I herewith order Dhani to refund my money and clear my CIBIL also.Yes I’m ordering because I requested lots of time to your third class agents to sort this matter but they did not reply properly.
Now I’m giving a written complaint to RBI and Consumer Court also against Dhani Services Limited.
This company harrassed to simple peoples and trapped in this kind of useless charges.
I Request to RBI & Consumer Court please do needful action against Dhani.
