Looks like a money making gimick from VI. They are deducting random amounts from the balance and giving some vague text msg. Calling up the call center is futile as they will keep saying that the system is showing and they cannot say anything more than that. Also that it will not happen again but they cannot reverse the amount back!! Looks they are programmatically finding certain block of accounts and debiting amount without consent. TRAI needs to step in to curb such malpratices..
