I have received several messages stating that money have been deducted for accessing videos, content Desc, ppu games, jump roll, tombola, value pack and so on.

I would like to bring to your attention that l have /had not requested any of the above mentioned facilities as I am not using internet.

So, Vi customer care executives  could please clarify as to why money is being deducted from my main balance.
