Respect Sir/Madam,
I have received an alert message with respect to deduction of Rs. 552.90 from AMAZON from my bank account. Subsequently, without my authorisation the said amount was debited from my account and I received a message for the same in the early morning (where every people would be sleeping). By this way, Amazon illegally grabbed my hard earned money without my consent. It is submitted that, I don’t have any subscription or Amazon pay features or any other additionally with the Amazon and only having an account on Amazon for purchasing things as a consumer. In spite of that, Amazon illegally debited amount from my hard earned money. I request you to take severe action against Amazon for this arbitrary conduct and get refund of my debited amount with interest, cost and compensation. I pray the Honble to take action against the company so that to prevent the same activities in future.
