Dear Sir/ Madam,

I was shock to received a Text messages on 17/02/2021 from Vi (Vodafone Idea) stating that – Caller tunes has been activated in my mobile services provider Vi  without my consent, what so ever and I have been charged for the same by way of deducting from the Credit Balance from my A/c held with (Vi) them, which is immoral, unethical, unlawful and unfair practices by the mobile services provider to make unauthorised deduction and illegal practices on a/c of consumer protection available under the law against illegal activities by corporate service providers.

This is injustice and fraudulent. I have tried contacting customer service but did not find a solution. It maybe a small amount, but if you work-out number of consumers if they try to robe, how much they can make immoral profit by deducting such hard earned money from innocent consumers and their accounts held in good faith, without any real consent is immoral and pre planed criminal activities and it should be justified under the law of the land with view to protect many innocent consumers for future.

I have attached Six Images Uploaded by way of their automatic SMS to support their immoral practices and activities by pre-plan unlawful act.

Please help me and other many consumers like me !
