On 20 jul 22 i recharged my tata play dth registration 1458108808 with rs 315 on 21 jul i got message that ur Tata play binge is charged with rs299 and ur dth will be deactivated
When i contacted customer care they told that ur amount cannot be refunded
My query is that when i recharged my dth putting the dth registration id how this amount is transferred to charge tata play binge without my consent
