Rs 7 has been deducted by VZ-ViCMS from the balance of my mobile no 7350020351. I have not downloaded any videos or subscribed to any VAS. This is an unauthorized deduction without my knowledge or consent. Pl stop this deduction immediately and deactivate any message from VZ-ViCMS.
