I’m a recharge successful Rs.49
My ac available balance was Rs.39
Now balance is Rs.19
I didn’t make any calls,but debited Rs.20
Without any reason.My balance is being deducted again and again without any reason.
I called Vodafone care and they informed me,i’m played a game.
But i’m not Play any game.
This mobile is use only for incoming and outgoing call service,not use any others purpose.this is a keypad mobile
Please refund my full amount, otherwise i will complaint national consumer department.
