i previously tried applying for a contract through mondo and did not finalize anything but once they had my details, they sent a debit order through, and it was not something i wanted because after making my decision to not take the mobile contract i was debited by REDNAPKIN – one world telecommunications since 25 August 2023, i need that debit order stopped/reversed
