For the past three months a debicheck of the the amount of R159 has been going off from my Capitec Bank account, when I went to the bank they were not able to assist me.. the debicheck shows a reference saying bestintern and I have never gave them any permission to debit funds from my bank account.. please help me with a full refund and a way to stop the debicheck.
