The dealer have activated various subscription with my approval like Netflix combo, six month movies damal package costing me 2100 rupees. I have recharged my account with one year plan. After seeing this much money in account they have activated above subscription and deducted all the money.
I have raised ticket on call with TATA Play team. They are continuously closing the tickets from their end without providing any concrete solution to issue. I want to take these bureaucrats to court so that they don’t do this to other consumers. I could see there are several other consumers with same issues.
