I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone for a very long time. I checked by previous bills recently and I noticed that an extra charge of ₹20 was being applied to my bill for the last 6 months, atleast.
I called the vodafone customer service regarding this issue but they were not of any significant help. They said that I was being subscribed to a service called “dindo ringtones” and that is the reason I’ve been charged the extra money. The problem is that I never authorised the activation of any such service. I asked them to block that service and not let any such amount to be added to my bill without authorisation. They refused it and asked me to find the application which is deducting that amount.
I’d request you to please look into this matter.
