I have been cheated by vodafone buy automatically activating the higher tariff plan on my number in the month of April, 2020. Then when i requested to cancel they charged my additional 3000 rupees for the same. I havent used the card since then. The number is also disabled. I was not able to speak to any person as its the covid 19 situation and no contact person was Available. Now a legal notice has been sent to my email address in regards to repayment of the dues. This is utter fraud at vodafone has to pay for this.
