Paytm-complain reference number-72072370
There were few unauthorized transaction was done by paytm. It’s been 4-5 months and paytm haven’t resolved my issues. Paytm executive just kept on saying that it’s in process and looks like paytm doesn’t want to refund my money.

These are transactions done by Paytm from my credit card (last four digit – 1017) without my permission and the same was never credited to my paytm wallet. During Initial inquiry Paytm executives confirmed that all of these mentioned amount have been credited to someone named Santosh. I dont know who is this guy. I confirm that transaction was done illegally without my knowledge.
