I have been getting complaints that all the unanswered calls on my mobile number were being forwarded to a number which i did not provide for, or authenticate. I had no call forwarding activated on my phone, and still all the unanswered calls were being diverted to a specific number. I have an airtel connection, and this problem has persisted for a long time, and only today could the problem be identified. I have cancelled all forwarding, and the issue is resolved now. Still, i would like to raise concerns over how the call forward was activated without my approval. Please look into the matter.
