On April 2022 I subscribed to unacadamy, the didn’t even say a word about the no refund policy neither they tell that they will take the classes in hindi.as it now 2023 no lectures are being conducted . I am totally unstatisfied. When I called them they asked me to mail my issue to the support team, there I got only an automated mail stating that I will recieve a call within 48hours.. several 48 hours later ,yet I still haven’t received my call. Moreover I have explained my financial situation not supporting me to pay the EMI no one is taking responsibility of the consumer’s concern. How can a student learn tough subjects like physics and chemistry in an unknown language? I NEED MY MONEY BACK. NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON HAS MENTIONED ABOUT THIS ZERO REFUND POLICY WHEN THEY URGED US TO SUBSCRIBE!
