since 14-Jul-2019 calling customer care as unable to watch any channel but no resolution has been provided till date

every day a new customer care associate attends the call and makes me repeat entire concern and asks for waiting 24 hrs for resolution

was waiting patiently till 03 days but it is really pathetic that even in the fourth day of the concern same scenario is occurring and customer care associates have same answer of asking me to wait for 24 hrs.

PATHETIC SERVICES. GENERATING FRUSTRATION IN CUSTOMERS.

PLEASE REFUND MY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF INR 525 AS IT IS HARD EARNED
