- Since 29th Dec, I am not able to see any channels. I am raising complaints via My Airtel app on a daily basis since then, but I have not received any resolution from the technicians.

Only one time a service engineer has visited my place to rectify this issue since 29th Dec, but he was not competent enough to resolve this issue. After that nobody has even responded to my request.
- My DTH account number is 3026675090-001. My registered phone number is 7093551920. My address is Flat 210, Vayun Meadows apartment, Near Kara Lake, Kapra, Hyderabad, Telengana.
- I have one query that why I have to pay the money when I am not able to see any channels.?
Please help to resolve this issue asap, else I have to go for legal options now as my patience is running out.
