Since last 2 and a half months, I can’t use the internet service from Vodafone Idea network.
While trying to establish connection, I’m receiving an error page saying that i have exhausted my usage limit even if i have 50GB of data balance.
This has been raised several times with vodafone customer care over their toll-free as well as via email. But, they are asking time for a week on every time and they would say that it has been fixed, but the issue will be there when i check.
They are billing me every month for the data also, but i cannot use even a byte of data as the internet connectivity is failed to establish. So that I would need a compensation for the persisting issue.
