I’m unable to make any calls from my phone, and when I try to use the Internet I get the notification that there is no internet available.
I’ve done a recharge on the 30th of Dec and it has not reflected even now, on the 13th of Jan.
I’ve tried to raise a complaint with Vodafone on multiple occasions but have not received any response other than they will be contacting me soon.
I’m also unable to port my number out of Vodafone as none of the messages are being sent.
