Dear Sir,
I am calling to tata sky customer care on dated 12.05.2019 for unable to use my tata sky services, due to signal issue, he say resolve your issue within 48 hour, but not done. I am calling to tata sky for another complaint on dated 16.05.2019, he say same type of answer, resolve your issue within 48 hour. Total i 5 time complaint to tata sky customer care executive and he same type of answer giving me all time.
So I call a local tata sky repairing person yesterday and pay him Rs.200.00
He resolve my issue in my own capacity.
I have say a question to tata sky , why all the executive circulating pseudo every time????
