I have recharged my airtel no with Rs.1000 on 11.05.2022 and get a balance of Rs.846.96 and then i have recharegd with Rs.100 twice on 16.05.2022 and Now my total balance is Rs.1010.46 and when i tried to recharge the mobile for Rs.999 from my sim balance the same has not been done and after calling customer care the are unable to give proper reply. So i have to recharge from my ola money wallet and now my balance of Rs.1010.46 is stuck in my sim and i can’t recharge my mobile. Please help as Airtel has refused to do so and told me that you have to recharge with Rs.99 and use this balance for talking but these days no one use balance for talking. As many unlimited plan is available in the market for talking.
