Dear Big Bazar team,
It is very unfortunate that without any pre-Intimation to customer, you had closed your Big Bazar stores. Also your all customer care numbers are not working.
Just 2 months before of closing the Big Bazar Stores, your Agra store had given me a Profit Club card of 10k and I am not able to use the balance amount i.e. Rs. 8k.
Initial 6 month Reliance ( buyer of Big bazar) was told to wait till open the shop but now they are telling to contact with Future group only.
I had visited to your Bangalore Central (at Jaya Nagar, Block-9) shop and submit my card detail on 17/07/2022, but they also not updating anything. I just called them and telling that they also not got any update
So, I need return my Profit Club card balance amount or way of use it immediately.
