My PayTM Wallet is freezed without any reason (I can add money into it but i can not withdraw). I contacted for last 25 days . I sent them my aadhar and my selfie with my aadhar as asked by them on 14.02.2022. They ensured me that my problem will be solved within 3-4 working days. Then they asked for another document(screen shot of debit card statement reflecting money added to my PayTM account).I uploaded the same on 23.02.2022. In between i tried to update my KYC at nearest PayTM service provider.My problem is not solved till date. My FasTAG is linked to it. I am extremely worried about my FasTAG . Please help me in resolving my problem at the earliest.
