This is Jayakrishna. My Mobile Number is 8105268396. As of today thats March 11 , 2019. I have Rs643 in Paytm wallet. And I am not able to pay using Paytm. When I called Paytm Customer care they said that my account is blocked due to KYC renewal due. But this was never informed me earlier.
I was shocked and asked them to return my money to my credit card( which is source of payment) they strongly said that you first do the KYC renewal and talk. Until then we don’t return your money.
I am completely help less now. I lost the trust on Paytm. I am not interested to do any business with Paytm and Not interested to share KYC details with Paytm.
I am requesting you to take the necessary action and return my money.
