Dear Team,
I am highly disappointed to inform you that the services of Vodafone is worst.
I have upgraded my Plan from Red International to RED X Mobile No. 8130612765 where they are offering Netflix free for one Year. I received a call from Vodafone team to Upgrade the Plan to RED X in the month of March 2020.
Earlier in Red International plan, I wasn’t able to use Netflix for almost 10 month. Then I claim the Netflix app for 2 month in the month of March 2020 from Vodafone app.
I asked the executive in March 2020 Service no: C042- 1008576219 that if I upgraded the plan to RED X, how will I claim the Netflix benefits amounting Rs 5988 after 2 month when they got expired in the month of May 2020.
She told me automatically system will renew your plan. You can check the call record of C042- 1008576219.
I spoke to her team leader also the same on 19 March for the same issue. He assured me that the system will automatically renew the plan in Netflix Account details.
